Fitness Atlantic Presents..."Posing Perfection" Video Seminar With The Stars

BODYBUILDING POSING SEMINAR

-FOR ALL LEVELS OF BODYBUILDERS
-LEARN AND MASTER ALL THE POSES
-GIVE YOUR BEST STAGE PRESENCE
-LEARN FROM NATURAL PROFESSIONALS

The seminar on bodybuilding posing covered what the judges are looking for and how a bodybuilding show is judged and scored. The breakdown of showing and displaying your physique starts with how much MASS the bodybuilder has and the amount of DEFINITION in which they display – in other words the cuts the athlete has. Next comes SYMMERTY and how proportioned the bodybuilder is from shoulder width, v-taper from shoulders to waist line and matching leg development to upper body mass.

Once the bodybuilder works on mass, definition, and symmetry the next very important and surprisingly lacking in many athletes is STAGE PRESENCE. Stage presence comes from practice and will provide the bodybuilder with the confidence and charisma they need to win at contest time.

The seminar also covered preparing your physique for the stage on contest day we covered shaving body hair, Appling tanning products and the different brands of color agents from Pro Tan, Jan Tana, and Drean Tan.

Next, we spoke about how much oil is appropriate and how too much with cause a glare from the judges’ tables.

The type of posing suit and color is important to your body type and what you display on stage – some events allow jewelry and earrings for women bodybuilders and some do not. We spoke in detail about how it is important to have more than one posing suit.

We covered each mandatory pose and the different poses used in different organizations and contests. Each athlete was shown by example how to do the pose properly in the seminar and also in practical where the presenters corrected and gave tips to the attendees.

Then we spoke about posing routines and the importance of choreographing your routine and planning your music. Practicing your routine, knowing your music, choosing poses that fit your physique the best – videotaping your routine and watching it yourself. The importance of professionally produced music on CD format and testing that CD on many players also having duplicate copies of that CD.
