Names Tim. You can call me Tj. Im about 6'0 tall and range between 154 and 165 lbs currently im 158 lbs 6% body fat. Im spoiled by a ultra fast metabolism and good genetics. My diet basically consists of the standard 6 meals a day..just supersized...and thats too keep weight on, Basically 3000-4000 clean calories a day. Carbs, Protein and good fats. I do not supplement too much currently i take Extendz Amino Acid Suppelement, 100% whey protein, along with an assortment of shakes and nutritional drinks including Muscle Milks and Boost and Ensure Nutritional drinks (for added calories). I'm a personal trainer and train myself typically about 5 days a week focussing on 8 to 12 reps and holding maximum contraction for at least 2 seconds...but obv reps sets and weights vary. I keep cardio to a minimum...but i love to run 5ks and cycle...when Im not trying to gain.
I will be competing in my first show at the 2009 Fitness Atlantic. I will compete in the Fitness Model Category.
